Daily Schedule

Our highly efficient daily schedule is task oriented and balances academics, comprehensive baseball development, and performance training. Additional nutrition and personal development seminars, guest speaker series, and service learning activities are blended in on a consistent basis.

Research-Tested Benefits of Movement Breaks: Students are easily distracted, but regular, short breaks help them focus, increase cognitive functions and productivity, and reduce stress and anxiety.

The often-overlooked benefit of our Academy; by 3:00pm our student-athletes have accomplished all of the baseball and performance training needed. Now, they have afternoons, nights, and weekends available to spend time with family/friends and pursue other sports or interests.

Movement Breaks (Brief Low Intensity Baseball Drills)

12:15pm Lunch

12:45pm Baseball Training

2:45pm Dismissal
