Research-Tested Benefits of Movement Breaks: Students are easily distracted, but regular, short breaks help them focus, increase cognitive functions and productivity, and reduce stress and anxiety.
The often-overlooked benefit of our Academy; by 3:00pm our student-athletes have accomplished all of the baseball and performance training needed. Now, they have afternoons, nights, and weekends available to spend time with family/friends and pursue other sports or interests.
